Check a solar quotation before you compare it.

This free tool reads pasted text or selectable-text PDFs in your browser. It looks for missing specifications, conflicting numbers, warranties, and production assumptions. The document is not uploaded or stored.

Add proposal text

Remove names or addresses first if you do not need them for the review. Nothing in this field is sent to analytics.

Review readiness

0/100

This score measures how many comparison fields were found and whether they conflict. It does not rate installer quality or prove the proposal is correct.

Important fields not found

Total proposal amount, DC system capacity, Panel quantity, Panel wattage, Inverter brand / model, Inverter capacity, Workmanship warranty

What it checks

System capacity, panel quantity and wattage, inverter size and model, usable battery capacity, warranties, deposit, total amount, and annual-production claims.

What it cannot prove

It cannot verify site measurements, structural safety, electrical design, product authenticity, installer competence, final pricing, or whether an omitted item is required.

Privacy boundary

PDF and pasted text are processed in this browser. Analytics receives only anonymous interaction counts such as candidate count and score—not quotation text, names, prices, or files.

How to review the result safely

  1. 1. Return to the original proposal. Treat every extracted value as a possible match. Confirm the exact model, unit, page, and wording before copying anything into a comparison.
  2. 2. Ask the same questions of every installer. Request exact equipment models, usable battery capacity, production assumptions, included work, exclusions, permit responsibility, payment milestones, and separate warranties.
  3. 3. Compare like with like. A lower total amount may reflect missing equipment, roof work, protection devices, monitoring, documentation, or after-sales support. Normalize the written scope before deciding.
